LOFT CONVERSION IN WOODCOTE
Jon had previously carried out minor works at my property and so when it came to the loft conversion I didn’t hesitate to ask him to carry out our work, in actual fact I didn’t ask anyone else to price it as I totally trusted him and felt at ease knowing he was in charge and in my property.
I had a very tight budget so to save cost on steels Jon came up with a wooden structure to replace steels. This meant it was a lot cheaper on materials and there was no need to remove any of the roof to fit the steels. The design was passed by building regulations and Jon provided a detailed report on what he had done, including complex calculations to support the design summary.
Jon and the team were on time and budget and I would be more than happy to recommend his company. He is very much hands on and never failed to turn up every day.

Jon took total control of the design (which was a much improved version of what the council had suggested) and build of the lin. We found that he had a feel for what we were after and an eye to blend in with the existing buildings. A very pleasant and trustworthy person throughout the build which was on time and budget. Would highly recommend for any type of build.
